       Hope Christian finished the 2016 season with a disappointing 3-5 record.

       Since 2010, Hope Christian has gone a combined 49-28. Their 64.0% winning percentage ranks 4th in Class 8 Man over the past seven seasons.

       Over the past 19 seasons, Hope Christian has managed to compile a record of 104-61. Their 63.0% winning percentage ranks 4th in Class 8 Man and 5th in the .

       The Eagles are led by head coach Tony Nafe who is entering his sixth season at the helm. He has compiled a record of 30-22 over the past five seasons at Hope Christian. Under his direction the Eagles have qualified for the playoffs a total of three times. They have not won a region crown with Coach .

       Coach 's overall record as a head football coach in five season stands at 30-22 (57.7%).

       The Hope Christian Eagles will play in Class 8 Man region one during the 2017 season.

       Overall, the region is among the weakest in the state. Qualifying for one of the playoffs spots could be a little easier.

       The Eagles open the 2017 season on the road against non-region opponent Grayson GA on Friday, August 25.

       This will be the first meeting between Hope Christian and Grayson GA on the football field.
